Meet Madison Heim

Madison Heim is a fibers artist and creative professional with a BFA in Fibers from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Her career began in Denver, designing baby accessories for major retailers like Walmart and Target at Goldbug, where she gained expertise in color forecasting, trend research, and corporate design. At Outward Hound, she expanded into prototype creation, tech pack development, and cross-functional team coordination.

Since 2020, Madison has been with The Tea Spot, progressing from machine operator to production manager to head of wholesale and packaing design. She oversees customer collaborations, tea programs, and designs product packaging.

Madison is seeking opportunities in technical design and product design. She enjoys constructing products using innovative fabrics and techniques to meet each product’s unique properties and needs. Driven by a desire to create things that improve people’s lives, Madison thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and pushing creative and intellectual boundaries.
