She began her career at Goldbug designing children’s accessories for retailers including Target and Walmart, developing expertise in trend research, color forecasting, and corporate product development. At Outward Hound, she advanced into prototyping and technical execution, collaborating across teams to translate concepts into manufacturable soft goods.

In 2020, at the onset of the pandemic, Madison joined The Tea Spot, where she progressed from production manager to leading wholesale and packaging design. In her role, she oversaw client collaborations, product programs, and packaging development with a focus on usability and brand storytelling.

She currently serves as a Technical Designer at KJUS, a performance ski and golf apparel company, where she strengthens product integrity through technical fit, grading, and apparel construction.

Madison’s interests lie in soft goods, technical gear, and product design that combine function, durability, and thoughtful material use. She thrives in environments that value problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and pushing product capability through innovative processes.
